Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial
The free trial requires no card and is never charged. When it ends you can subscribe or keep read-only access to your projects.
Cancelling
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and you will not be billed again.
Monthly plans
Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months, except where the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act gives you a right to a refund.
Annual plans
If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of first purchase, you receive a full refund. After that, the plan runs to the end of its term.
Billing errors
If you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days and we will correct and refund any overcharge.
